    Yes, we always include a friendly and professional attendant who will set up the photobooth, assist guests during the event, and ensure everything runs smoothly. If requested, our attendant will also wander and encourage guests to come over and share in the photobooth fun!

  • What are the printing options for the photos?

    You have the choice of instant photo prints in 4x6 or 2x6 format or digital copies that can be shared via email or text.

  • Can I get a copy of all the photos taken at the event?

    Of course! After the event, we provide you with a digital gallery of all the photos taken in the photobooth. You can also add on a luxury USB in a customized linen keepsake box to preserve all your memories. This is also a great addition if you are looking to do a video guestbook.

  • Are props included with the photobooth rental?

    Yes, included with the Enchanted Memories and Glamour Experience packages. We offer a wide selection of fun and creative props that guests can use to enhance their photos and add an extra touch of fun to the experience.

    There is no limit on the number of photos guests can take. They are free to use the photobooth throughout the rental period.

  • How do I secure a booking for my event?

    To secure your booking, we require a signed contract and a deposit. This ensures that your selected date and time are reserved exclusively for your event.

  • What is included with the scrapbook station?

    The scrapbook package includes an additional copy of each print and a luxury customized linen guestbook. We set up a table with stickers, papers and other embellishments that match your event theme where guests can leave messages and create their own page of memories for you to look back on. This is a great add on for guests that are not as big on dancing.

  • What is a video guestbook and how does it work?

    A video guestbook is a modern twist on the traditional guestbook, where your event attendees can record video messages instead of writing messages. Our service provides a video recording station where guests can share their heartfelt wishes, congratulations, and memories.

  • How does the video recording process work?

    Our photobooth is equipped with a camera and microphone if you request one. Guests can step in front of the camera, share their message, and their video is instantly recorded.

  • Can guests leave messages individually or in groups?

    Both options are available. Guests can leave individual messages or gather friends and family for group messages.

  • Can we add the video guestbook service to any package?

    All of our packages come with this option included! We will encourage guests to take photos and videos based on what you are looking for.

  • What happens to the recorded video messages after the event?

    After the event, we compile all the recorded video messages into a digital collection that you'll receive. This collection can be shared with your guests or treasured for years to come. We also offer the ability to add on a luxury USB in a customized linen box, to hold all your photos and videos for the future.

  • Can we choose the questions or prompts for guests to answer in the video messages?

    Absolutely! We can work with you to create a set of questions or prompts that guide your guests' messages and add a personal touch to the experience. If requested, our attendant will reach out to your guests and invite them to come over and leave a video for you to look back on.

  • How long can each video message be?

    Video messages can be up to 30 seconds long.
